Do I own the website?
Your domain, your words and your photos are always yours. The code stays with me while you’re on a care plan, which is how hosting, fixes and updates stay included. If you ever leave, you can take a full copy of the site for a one-off £150 / $199.
Is there a contract?
A one-page agreement covering scope, timeline and payment. Builds are 50% up front and 50% before go-live. Care plans are rolling monthly. Cancel any time with 1 month’s notice. On the introductory offer (£100 upfront plus a monthly fee) there’s a 12-month minimum instead, because the monthly fee pays for most of the build.
I already have a Wix or Squarespace site. Can you move it?
Yes. I rebuild it properly, keep your domain, and switch it over with no downtime.
What do I need to provide?
Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, and a rough idea of your services. I write and tidy the copy with you.
Do you work with businesses outside the UK?
Yes. I currently build for clients in England and the United States, and write copy in UK or US English to match.
What if I want changes after launch?
Small changes are covered by the care plan. Bigger additions are quoted separately.
