Small studio. Full attention.
Birchwork Studios is Reece Birch: designer, developer and the person who answers your messages. Based in Sandbach, building for businesses across the UK and US.
Hi, I’m Reece.
I'm based in Sandbach, Cheshire. By day I run the office and systems at a family heating and plumbing firm: the diary, the job management, the customer database. I see every day what wins a trades business work and what wastes its time.
Birchwork is me building that into websites. Fast pages that make the phone ring, forms that land in the right inbox, and a site you never have to think about once it's live.
You deal with me from the first call to launch and after. No account managers, no ticket queue.
Four promises on every build.

Phones first
Most of your visitors are on a phone. Every page is designed at phone size, then scaled up.

Pages load fast on any phone, with proper local search basics from day one.
Looked after
Hosting, fixes and small changes are covered every month, so you never have to think about it.

Reece delivered exactly what I wanted. I'm over the moon and really impressed with how responsive he was and how quickly he completed my website. I highly recommend Reece, 100%.Rosemary Quaye · Bass saxophonist · rosemaryquaye.com
Built properly. Looked after.
No page builders and no templates. This is what every Birchwork site comes with as standard.
Fast on every phone
Built to load in under 1.5 seconds, even on a weak 4G signal. Slow sites lose customers before they read a word.
Secure and backed up
The padlock in the address bar, regular backups and uptime checks, all set up and watched for you.
Nothing ever lost
Every change is saved, so anything can be rolled back in minutes if it ever needs to be.
Yours to keep
Your domain is registered in your name. Your words, photos and logo always belong to you.
Let’s talk about your site.
Twenty minutes on a call is usually enough to give you a fixed price.
